Specialized real estate property management/brokerage owner working exclusively with investors acquiring, renovating, leasing, managing and selling properties. Services provided in Central Indiana and Southwest Florida. Personally own properties in both areas. Experience: I have held a real estate license in Indiana since 1991 and in Florida since 2006. Began my career out of college as a bank lender and left that after 10 years to join a partner in a home building venture. Through that I obtained my Indiana real estate license. Our brokerage started to manage foreclosures for banks in 1996 and that opportunity developed through the economic downturn and led us to providing services in Southwest Florida and the Tampa area. Our property management business was formed in 1996. Real Estate Goals: My goals through this forum are to learn and network while sharing the experiences of my over 25 years in residential real estate. Currently Seeking: Our investor friendly real estate company offers brokerage, leasing and property management services. We have been in business since 1994 and have represented clients large and small in Indiana and West/SW Florida. Our local property management staff is excited to meet investors interested in this market and helping them to achieve the returns they desire. I am the broker in both states managing both operations and working directly with our property managers.
