I am a real estate attorney and real estate broker. My law firm, Berkshire Law LLC, assists clients in diverse real estate transactions and corporate formation. I represent real estate investor groups as to residential acquisition; mortgage foreclosure, quiet title action, easement/boundary, and landlord/tenant evictions. I also negotiate and resolve real estate disputes and assist clients with real estate acquisition via tax sales, sheriff sales, bankruptcy and open market opportunities. I own a real estate brokerage and property management company, Capitol City Properties, LLC, as well as I started a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, Grandview Community & Economic Development Corporation (http://www.grandviewcedc.org) that partners with investors to buy and rehab homes in the Indianapolis, Indiana USA market and surrounding counties.
