I have been licensed since 2004 and have done some single family investing and note investing. I am trained in exchanging and creative buy and sell techniques and wish to network on BP to kind of be a local master mind group. Typcally, I know most of the real estate transactional details and much of the acquistion formula, of many, but find I lack some of the connector details which to finalize deals. But, I have broker level knowledge once any property is under contract.
