My husband and I are both brokers and own our own brokerage. We have mainly flipped and done same day dual closes. We also have had a vacation rental in Norfolk. We work with a lot of investors in the Coastal Virginia market and attend local investor groups. My husband used to have a contracting business and is knowledgeable in most aspects of building/remodel. We have been trying to get a new bill passed in Virginia to make it easier to have a residential care home. Experience: Ive put money down on new construction condos and sold them the same day that we closed. Also have done several whole house renovations.
