Howdy! I'm a single mom of 4 grown children and I recently quit teaching elementary school in Boerne, Texas to pursue a career in real estate as a mortgage broker. I earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A & M and a master's degree from Texas Tech. Favorite books include Rich Dad, Poor Dad and BRRRR by David Greene. Experience: I live on 10 acres in Comfort, Tx in an old farmhouse. It has taught me a lot about remodeling. :) My family has a couple of ranches in West Texas that we lease out for hunting. I bought my first rental in 2020 in Lubbock so that my kids would have a place to live while pursuing their degrees at Tech. Real Estate Goals: My goals are: *buy rental properties in the college towns my children will attend. * implement the BRRR strategy and build a passive income that I can retire on. *own a couple of Airbnb's in my favorite locations to vacation. *rehab and flip a historic home. *own a storage facility and an RV park. Build a family business that becomes a family legacy and changes all our futures.
