Hola! I'm a newbie looking for investing partners for Residential Assisted Living homes in the Indiana area and eventually Illinois. More importantly I'm here to learn and grow as an investor. I have my MBA (IU Kelley School of Business) with a background in education, strategic Human Resources, and sales. I'm excellent at building relationships/networking and optimizing processes. I have done wholesaling in ATL (drove for dollars, had investors, and found a deal that fell through via the seller), and I also was in the process of purchasing an SFH with an ADU to househack until I was laid off from my job and had to move back to Indy. I currently have limited-to-no funds to put forth on my own, so I would be the partner that does the heavy lifting to find the property, get the renovations, regulations/licensing, etc. I'm currently working with Majestic Residences franchise to bring to life the ability to own an RAL. Financing is where I have been stunted in this process, which is why I'm here to network and learn more. I eventually would love to own a few multi-unit properties and at some point commercial (fitness studio/event space). I'm not against househacking as it was my initial plan to get into real estate.
