I'm a Mechanical Engineer working at Teck in the East Kootenays since 2019. Originally from Lloydminster, AB/AK and lived in Kelowna for ~5 years. I am new to real estate investing and we currently only have 2 properties that we rent out; one in Fernie, one in Kelowna. We have been actively seeking new properties and are hoping to expand our portfolio in the near future.
