Hi! I joined the Flip Secrets mentorship in 2021 and started listening to BP in 2022. I have learned tons about Real Estate Investing and flipping in particular. Unfortunately I still haven’t found that perfect deal or worked up the courage to go for it. I’m still in my W2 job and want to make some moves. I am thinking a BRRR or a flip for my first deal. I’d like it to be semi local to Charlotte, NC so I can learn more by being present on my first one. My WHY is: I want to be financially stable, set myself up for the future, be able to take care of my family as they age, and to be proud of the work I do. My goal at the moment is cash flow.
