Real Estate Goals: Short term - obtain real estate through creative financing, hard work, and follow-through. Long-term - Positive cash flow property ownership that gives freedom of time and retirement security. Currently Seeking: Pre-qualified and immediately looking to buy a $300k or under residence to live in, build equity, and later convert to a positive cash flow property.
