I have been a general contractor in the commercial construction industry since 2008. I hold two patents and am co-founder of an action sports company. I am a buy and hold investor focusing on single family and small multifamily properties with value add potential as well as deals with long term re-development potential in Boise and Meridian Idaho. Experience: I bought my first single family rental in 2014 and my second rental in 2015 both in Meridian Idaho in class A neighborhoods. In 2016 I successfully completed an off-market deal in Boise Idaho and used the BRRRR strategy to pull most of my initial investment out of the property after rehabbing the house. Since then I have completed multiple value add deals on small multi-family properties, 1031 exchanges, ground up development spec builds and flips. Real Estate Goals: Next I plan to add additional small multifamily properties and developable land to my portfolio.
