Karen Casey

Hi, I'm Karen, I currently reside in Pollock Pines, but work in San Jose. I love real estate and tend to spend an hour or so every evening looking at what is for sale in a variety of areas. I currently have two rentals, the first in in the Fresno area and is my original condo. The second is a property that I purchased with my parents, but we plan to sell later this year. I would like to buy a duplex in the San Jose area at some point in the future. Unfortunately, Silicon Valley is pricey. My end goal is to have between 3 and 5 properties preferably paid off by the time I retire in 20 years.
