I'm a newby at the logistics of flipping. I have always loved taking old things and making them new. I'm always looking for something to paint or fix. After months on the market without one inquiry, my mother needed to sell the home I grew up in when she became too old to go up the stairs. I loved the home and I didn't want to see it lost. I saw what the home could be so I bought it from my Mom. My kids and I worked with a small contractor to totally rehab the property on a tight budget. It is my first rental property and brings in more than I imagined it would. I found I absolutely love to rehab. As an at-home Mom who is newly seperated, I need to find a job or income but I still want to be available for my young kids. I know I can flip homes, I just have to learn quickly and get in the game.
