About myself
I'm somewhat new to real estate investing but have been interested in REI for quite some time. I am currently a Realtor in the Miami Beach/Miami area and a business owner. I bought my first (and so far only) live-in real estate investment property in 2010 on Miami Beach, FL and sold it for a healthy profit in 2012. Prior to that I worked in management and sales within the travel and hospitality industry for 14 years. I am looking to become a full-time investor. I am interested in both flipping as well as buy and hold.
