I work a W2 full time job as an Informatics Pharmacist at a local hospital system and my wife and I are looking my first actual house to flip (we have rehabbed and sold our personal residence). My wife was laid off from her job as a project manager, so we are starting our flipping business with the intention of her managing the day-to-day operations of the flip.
