Karla Parraga

Currently working full-time as a Field Inspector Engineer. Living in NYC and trying to get a property here that will allow me to save money for my next investment. Experience: I have no experience whatsoever, but I keep learning about ways to finance deals as well as the best tax strategies in REI. I also keep myself active in BiggerPockets forums. Real Estate Goals: After my first investment property, I would like invest in multi families or single families in places I want to visit like Florida and Puerto Rico. I would like to become an active real estate investor and close at least one deal per month. Maybe, flipping some day. Currently Seeking: A decent cash flow multi family ( 4 units preferred) in Bronx, NY.
