About myself
I am interested in BRRR and Buy and Hold. I worked as a lay-out carpenter for many years before my career with AT&T for 24 years now. Completed a rehab in San Diego which was profitable. 2019 update: Retired from AT&T. Flipped a condo in Oceanside, Ca. Investing in a second flip currently. Attending Real estate meetings and workshops. Taking action. My journey down a new path!
