I am a 28 year old college graduate, who started an REO Construction company at 25 years old. I quickly moved into property management, maintenance, tenant turnovers and rehabs for investors while still doing REO work. It is my goal to begin building my real estate empire. I am currently working on locating financing for my first multi-family (4 units) deal. Having a little trouble, but working through it.
