Karl McGarvey

I am a military veteran who still serves on active duty as a pilot in the Texas Air National Guard. I turned my passion for real estate into a second career by earning my Real Estate Agent’s License. As a real estate investor myself I have a particular interest in vacation rentals and buy/hold strategies, but I LOVE helping first time investors, fellow military members, and house hackers!
