I am a Saint Louis native who has been in the banking/mortgage industry as a mortgage loan processor for 12 years. I am now a Community development mortgage consultant. I have never owned a home before and have always been interested in wholesaling so that I can have enough money to buy my own and be a full time entrepreneur.
