Kasia Harmata

Kasia's background in real estate began almost at birth. Her father immigrated to the US from Poland before she was born and built a real estate development company in Chicago from the ground up, which he is still actively involved in to this day. Kasia spent many years helping manage her father's development projects, from multi-unit grey stones in downtown Bronzeville to single-family home flips in the suburbs, and even international projects back in Poland, including a 15-bedroom hotel in Bukowina that launched its business in 2017.       Kasia's experience in Orange County Real Estate began with her search for her own first home in Costa Mesa, which she purchased in 2018. Since then, she has been heavily involved in the local community and surrounding areas (including Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Irvine and Tustin). Kasia also has extensive experience as a commercial real estate agent, working for 3 years in acquisitions for a large California-based company in a high growth industry, which provided her with an advanced ability to track macro trends in the local markets and the opportunity to lend invaluable insights to her clients.       Kasia is the proud wife and business partner of her husband Ben, and momma to her precious baby daughter Joey and two rescue dogs, Lucille and Winston. Her passions are tennis, photography, experimental cooking — and she hates to admit that she secretly loves 90 Day Fiancé!
