I currently operate two property management companies called, Real Property Management Last Frontier and Real Property Vancouver (Washington). My favorite job is a host to a local DIY Landlord classes called "The landlords Almanac". We teach locals and employees about the path of owning, managing, and selling properties. We currently manage over 1,000 doors. For Alaska & Vancouver WA - the team manages properties from Homer, Anchorage, and Wasilla - out to the Valley. It ranges from single-family homes to 30 unit apartments and small commercial properties. Personally, we own SFH and passive investor in syndication deals in a few states.
