I am Originally from New Zealand. I am a retired model and full time real estate investor! I purchased my first rental in 2016 in Texas and have been investing in Syracuse NY since early 2017 and its still my favorite market. 14 properties / 30 doors and counting! A few flips here and there also. I'm excited to expand my portfolio this year and add a few local flip projects also! I am the co-founder of CNY real estate investors group which brings seasoned investors together in Syracuse NY and we have an awesome Facebook group too! I love helping new investors and sharing my experiences so others can learn from them so I started a YouTube channel to document my experiences and journey ;) Section 8 and affordable housing advocate!
