Kate Hayes

I am a Realtor / Investor with 8 rental / airbnb properties currently. Recently I have been buying properties that need work and adding the sweat equity to turn them into long and short term rentals. I have a fantastic property manager I work with that ensures everything is running smoothly. South Florida is the best - fantastic weather, diversity, entertainment and exceptional beaches. There is always something going on here - and with two international airports nearby, getting away has never been easier. We always have people moving here to rent or stay short term. The investment opportunities are everywhere. Let me help you find the one that fits what you are looking for as an investor. If you've outgrown your current home, or if you just want to downsize, I am ready to show you what fantastic possibilities are waiting. Don't ever hesitate to call with any questions or inquiries. I serve all of Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties.
