I am excited about nearly every aspect of real estate. Providing value, as both an agent and an investor, is more important than maximizing profits. I previously owned a landscaping business, which was called The Land Steward, with a mission statement of improving land value and usability. I have a similar goal in real estate, and want to leave a legacy for my children of improvement, beautification and profitability. Who says real estate isn't an art form?
