Hello investing community! I have been wanting to get into real estate since I was in high school watching my dad learn his way through rental properties. I have a deep love for real estate and just purchased my first fixer. I haven't decided whether I'll be renting of flipping, I think this is something I'll be looking deeper into. I've listened to five podcasts and feel my flame burning stronger! Hope to network and learn a lot.
