About myself
I am a retiree and I am looking to start building a passive income with rental properties and maybe a flip or 2 to begin. I live in upstate NY, Schenectady area. The market here has much potential as there are new businesses coming to this area. I want to get into the real estate business with investing and furthering education such as a Real Estate License. I will be partnering with my son in the business.
