Former TV producer in NYC, currently a property manager in Denver. Looking to trade my 9-5 property management job for a part time job assisting an investor or investment company with finding/analyzing deals so that I can learn from someone already doing it, practice the craft, & have time to focus on building my real estate empire on the side! Currently looking for a fix & flip opportunity in the Denver area that I can live in while working on. I’m skilled in: Property Management, Property Accounting, Project Management, Maintenance, DIY Renovations, Commercial & Residential management, multi-family & single family, Landlord/Tenant Law, Tax Credit/Affordable Housing. I am constantly educating myself on real restate investment. Currently honing my skills in finding and analyzing off-market deals and it is the most fun I’ve had in a long time! I love this stuff (Yes- more than getting paid to travel the world making TV!) My father is a real estate investor, as was his father - it’s a bit of a family passion. I am originally from Tampa, FL. Currently live in Denver. Planning on moving back to Florida (Jacksonville area most likely) in a year or two.
