I've worked in the property management industry for nearly a decade, starting out as a leasing consultant in 2010. After managing new construction, value add, some HOA and everything from affordable to ultra luxury properties, I decided to start my own property management company, Dillon Realty. I bring my varied experience, my expertise as a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and manager of anywhere from a 150-home HOA to a 579-unit apartment community to be of service to local investors and to protect their most valuable assets and investments. I also own and manage my own rental properties which are comprised of 2-5 unit buildings in the far northern suburbs of Chicago.
