I find it super rewarding to help folks realize the dream of home-ownership! I am a licensed Loan Officer in 15 states, California, Idaho, Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Michigan, Indiana, Texas, Georgia, Florida, and Maryland! Another one of my passions is flipping houses out of state. One of my flips in Cincinnati was even featured on the TV show House Hunters. That was fun. I’m now dabbling in wholesaling and partnering up with various other investors to put deals together out of state. Right now my target market is Maricopa County in Arizona.
