I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with afull time job in a mental health clinic, a part time self employed therapist, and am looking to real estate to help with my retirement. I have househacked and have invested out of state for a total of 6 transactions in my lifetime. I want to develop my analysis skills and build relationships with other investors to learn how to buy/hold and fund my deals.
