In 2018 my fiancé and I bought our first home and I thought we were paying at the height of the market and I was okay with that. Unexpectedly, the market continued to go up and our home has appreciated a good amount since then and grateful for how much better off we are financially because of our decision to buy vs rent. Through that experience realized my desire to begin my real estate portfolio. Plan to apply the BRRR method to homes in Grand Rapids and am looking to connect with wholesalers, brokers, or anyone who wants to chat real estate investing. Always up for a good cup of coffee!
