I am a nurse and new Real estate investor for buy and hold properties, fix and flip, and home staging. I am 1/3 of 3 Shades LLC, a real estate investment company. We all have different roles and mine has allowed me to branch out into other avenues to bring in more income. Ultimately, I would like upscale from single family homes to apartments within the next 2 years. In order to fund my buy and holds, I am actively flipping properties and private funding in the northern ca-greater Sacramento area and always looking for my next deal. I am aiming to kick start my retirement and spend more time with my family. I am open to partnerships, learning by peer experience, investing around the nation.
