Hi! My name is Katrina Rogers. I've had a life long passion for real estate, architecture and interior design. My background as an entrepreneur has reflected the above as I love start up businesses that involve various aspects of interior design and how it relates to a specific home's market and architecture. I've owned my own businesses, interior design stores, since I was 24 years old. With my background in commercial buildouts for start up Interior Design businesses and dealing with choosing design finishes, layout and contractors schedules has been a huge bonus in real estate investing. This not only benefits me in my investing endeavors but I am also able to assist my cash buyers who live outside the area or are too busy to oversee a project they purchase through me. Coming from a family filled with business owners, architects, builders and real estate investors has been both, an inspiration and educational. There are large portions of San Antonio, TX that are built on land my father's family owned...some they still hold. San Antonio International Airport sits on land my great uncle sold to the city for the purpose of building the airport. A prominent local bank has a long term lease on other parcels of land. With a family history of 'Can Do' spirit, I am now doing real estate investing full time and loving it.
