I am a Real Estate Entrepreneur, who purchased his first rental property in 2011. Currently, I own real estate in CA, TX, FL, and hold an active CA Real Estate Sales license. As an active rental property investor, I own a portfolio of 20 units (mix of SFRs, Small Multifamily, and a handful of STRs) across three states (Updated: 4/1/2023). Throughout the years, I’ve flipped a handful of houses and restored multiple historic homes in TX and FL. As a passive real estate investor, I participated in a handful of multifamily projects, including small-lot subdivision development in North Hollywood, CA, a development in Jacksonville, FL, and a Mobile Home Park Fund. I have an extensive background in project and program management which served me well in my real estate endeavors. Currently seeking: SFRs and Small (2-20 units) Multifamily, in B-class areas in Houston TX, Austin TX, and Jacksonville FL. I am also looking for A-class suitable for vacation rental SFR, near the ocean, in North or South Florida.
