I am full time Multifamily real estate investor from Fort Wayne IN and I have been in the Gas station business for about 18 years and own 8 Gas station and Laundromat properties and lease some others and have transitioned into Multifamily real estate investment and I already own 40 SFRs rentals that I manage myself and have invested in Eight Multifamily syndications as LP/GP in four different states with 4 different syndicators . I have a goal to invest in 12 more syndications as GP/LP in the next 3 years .I have attended three multifamily bootcamps and courses so far and still learning to get more confidence.I am also a member of Rod Khleif's Boardroom Mastermind.
