I am a newer investor, currently with 3 doors in Texas. My primary focus is on acquiring properties that I can hold long term, and I’ve already been involved in creative financing strategies as well as more traditional financing. I’m starting my portfolio close to home in the greater Houston and Beaumont, Texas markets, but plan to invest in other markets/states as I grow my portfolio. I am voraciously seeking knowledge, relationships, and resources to grow and gain experience, and perhaps someday I can be able to help others with my knowledge as well.
