As a real estate agent it is my pleasure and goal to offer my customers a real estate experience that focuses on the individual needs of the customer and provides them with a pressure free experience. I enjoy making my customers feel at ease as part of my professional service. I exclusively serviced foreclosure files and have maintained an active role in assisting many customers struggling in foreclosure. In addition, I have helped service many clients through the federal and state down payment assistant program and I feel confident managing community programs. The honest approach that I combine with my dedicated and friendly service give my customers an added advantage while still guiding them through a stress-free real estate transaction. As an Investor, I have expanded my real estate career to include flipping homes and assisting other Investors in the process of flipping, wholesaling, and finding great income producing rental properties. I love real estate and I would love to expand my presence in our local market. My future real estate goals include flipping properties and expanding my real estate portfolio with buy and hold rentals.
