Kareem Wisdom

30 yr old business owner and consultant.. Consulting with a focus in social media marketing & startups. (It works because I constantly learn key points in branding, marketing, advertising and sales psychology) Building business as an event coordinator for indie concerts & urban nightlife events. Wholesaling, Straight flips & Lease options are how I move in the real estate game. In 2013 I stopped the options and cut down on wholesaling to launch my concert brand with my lease option savings. Now with a clean slate (no more options on my hands) and an automated business I am going full time with my first love again to build some legacy and help some people.
