I am a real estate broker with 16 years of experience in the self storage industry who specializes in the self storage space for Marcus & Millichap out of the Philadelphia office. My team works with owners in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic to assist with valuations, operations recommendations, market analysis, economic trends, disposition and acquisition of self storage assets. Prior to being involved in brokerage, I spent 10 years in self storage operations where I managed more then 100 properties in my self storage portfolios. Over 6 years in brokerage I’ve been responsible for more then 100 self storage sales worth approximately $400mm.
