Currently focused on long term buy and hold single family rentals in the greater Kansas City area. I split my time as a contractor specializing in residential renovations and working on my own RE projects (flipping for sale and flipping for rentals.) I am pursuing the origination of a property management company to not only manage my own investments but also units for other investors. I listen to the BP podcast daily and am just recently starting to look into the forums and tools offered online. I hope to make connections in KC for networking and learning how others are being successful in my area. Open to new ideas and sharing success stories.. and the unsuccessful ones too :)
