This hybrid turnkey approach helps the investor gain equity through the process, and realize a better cash flow product for the long term. We also offer a variety of turnkey properties with equity discounts. I built a property management firm that managed over 500 SFRs in the Kansas City area. I divested of the PM firm in 2021.
