Karl Dela Cruz

Karl is a full time fourth year student in progress of obtaining his Finance degree at the UofM while currently doing a full time internship in commercial real estate portfolio management. While attending school, Karl has worked with developers and investors on wholesale deals so he can network and gain hands on experience without any capital invested. Karl recently closed on his first rental property and is aiming to scale his portfolio in class B - C neighbourhoods with COC returns of +15% utilizing the BRRR strategy in the coming years. Karl will then transition into multifamily buildings and developments. Development is a field that he is interested in so he would love to connect with developers throughout Canada and in the U.S. He is very eager to learn and build his rental portfolio and hoping to achieve his long term goals on attaining financial freedom.
