Who I Am: I am a full-time Real Estate Investor and Business Owner based in the Marion/Seguin, TX area. I co-invest with my wife, Sarah, who is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Together, we run a vertically integrated real estate operation. Our Operational Advantage: We don't just buy properties; we maintain them. Acquisitions: Through our primary holding company, Twin 2 Twin Acquisitions, LLC, we focus on creative deal structures. Execution: I co-own WICK Property Maintenance, giving us in-house crews for landscaping, tractor work, and property turns. This allows us to take on projects that scare away passive investors. What We Buy: We are actively looking for single-family and small multifamily value-add opportunities. I prefer Creative Financing (Subject-To, Seller Finance) and Master Lease / Rent-to-Own scenarios where we can solve problems for tired landlords.
