( TheFlyBoyWay ) I rather enjoy life in my prime and spend my time with loves ones because money comes and goes... but once time passes ... you never get it back.... With that said I am a numbers person... and I use my knowledge of accounting in order to find deals in real estate that fit my criteria for investment. Im not one of those people who say they want to make a certain cash return on investment ... there is only one thing that moves me... that is that the cashflow nets me a profit of at least 10k per year.
