Hey my name is Kedian known to most as KDN. I have a business background and a software Developer JP Morgan Chase bank. I started Real estate investing in 2015 and I wholesaled, rehab, and hosted Short term rentals. Along with being the “go-to” for off market deals, I’m known as “The Perfect Tenant” because we work with other landlords and owners to lease out their properties for long term consistent income! I do flips, short-term (i.e. Airbnb), and long-term room rentals in New York City. I am currently scaling the business into more locations in NYC, central NY, & NJ along the Hudson River.
