After working in construction for almost 20 years, I reached a point where I was either going to change careers or start my own business. I decided to change careers and get into real estate so I could learn how to invest in real estate and teach others how to do the same. While I was very successful at construction, I left that industry with very little because I didn't have the financial education to keep the money I made and prepare myself for a change in career but I made it happen anyway. At first, it wasn't pretty and it wasn't easy but fast forward 9 years to today and I have helped hundreds of people change the trajectory of their personal finances for the better through investing in real estate. I help clients all over the state of Alaska myself and I personally vet partner agents in other markets for clients as well. I've flipped dozens of properties, acquired millions in real estate with little to no money, and achieved financial freedom in the last 5 years.
