Born in Peru but living in North America since July 2001. I've got an Accounting and Master's degrees but my passion is Real Estate. I'm fluent in three languages (Spanish, English, and Portuguese). I'm currently residing in Toronto but I invest in Cleveland, OH. I'm here to connect with other investors, to learn from others and share what I know. Experience: My first RE deal was in Decatur, GA. I sold the apartment I had in Lima, Peru and decided to buy two town-homes and rent them out. That was in April '12. Since then I've invested in Grand Rapids, MI and near Greenville, SC, and, in the last two years, Cleveland, OH Real Estate Goals: My goal is to double our amount of rentals by 12/31/17. I also want to increase in 25% the numbers of clients for our property mgmt side of the business by 12/31/17. Currently Seeking: Private lenders, wholesalers, cash buyers
