I state that I am a rookie, because I owned one property in La Mesa, Ca, trying to provide affordable housing in unique ways back in 2018. I learned a lot and exited the property in 2020 during the pandemic. My ultimate goal: Within the next five years, I will replace my current market salary with income generated from real estate investments. Coming from a background of military-poor circumstances, I have a firsthand understanding of the struggles associated with living paycheck to paycheck. Motivated by the inspiring journey of my late mother-in-law, a survivor of the Chinese Revolution and a single parent, I am driven to rewrite the narrative of my family's unfortunate history. By creating affordable housing options for seniors and breaking the cycle of debt, I intend to honor her resilience and create a legacy that will benefit generations to come.
