Keino Chichester

Together with my wife, we purchased our first home about a year ago. We both have decent jobs in the medical industry but we find real estate investment appealing. We have tenants in one of our units and the income from that has been a tremendous help. I suppose you could say we are currently "House Hacking". We had an opportunity to acquire a 4 family house but it was too much for us to pay down on and we were certain afraid of the process considering it was our first home. However, we have since developed a tolerance for the risk and acquired more experience and are now willing to get more involved in real estate investment. I hope to not only learn from this community but to give back as well.
