I've been using rentals a bit more as a hobby since 2010. I currently have two properties in Arizona and I owe nothing on them. Over the past 8 years I have had a tremendous amount of betrayal and disappointment in my career. Rentals saved my family by supplementing our income during layoffs. Now I think it would be wiser for me to fire shady corporate bosses and make rentals my primary focus. But I need help because I want to go big enough to replace a full time job.
